SHIPPING


We ship items out as the same day as long as the order is received before 1:30 PM Arizona time. Please add 1 business day to allow for processing time if the order is received after 1:30 PM Arizona time. For online order, the shipping and handling charges are auto calculated based on the item weight and your location by our carrier - UPS & USPS. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. RETURN
American Flag & Pole Co. strives to provide an excellent shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept return within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unaltered, unused condition with original packaging. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

i) Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

ii) Must not be a special order or a custom order.


If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately. Refund are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
